Meet Margo,
A lifelong lawyer and recent “previvor,” Margo was drawn to nutritional training after seeing the benefits of working with a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner following her multiple surgeries and recoveries. Influenced by her work as a lawyer and advocate for people who've experienced domestic violence, Margo believes all bodies deserve to feel safe and well.
Margo went into menopause overnight at age 42 after the surgical removal of her ovaries. These procedures led to extreme fatigue, digestive issues, and widespread muscle pain. Frustrated by the lack of clear, holistic guidance, Margo partnered with a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and advocated persistently for her own health with her medical providers. Through this process, she discovered the transformative power of nutrition, lifestyle choices, and self-care. Inspired by her experience, she created Nourished Boston to help others navigate life transitions—whether surgery, medical diagnoses, or everyday wellness—with clear, practical support.

At Nourished Boston, we approach each client from a lens of curiosity and individuality. We believe in the bioindividuality of everyone. We use a combination of assessments and logging to identify opportunities for support. We do not believe in quick fixes. Instead, we rely on a combination of whole-food nutrition, lifestyle choices, and when needed, supplementation to help your body thrive.
